National Asset Exchange Group specializes in the acquisition of seasoned performing and non-performing first and second residential mortgage loans .

Our primary business is dedicated in 1-4 Residential Whole Loan Trading which services both mortgage bankers and financial institutions nationally.

We specialize in second mortgages, delinquent greater than 30 days. The packages can include 125's, Title One's, HELOC's, and loans in chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcies.

Loan Sale Process:

Step 2 - Verbal consummation of trade.

Step 3 - Seller receives executed bid letter which confirms terms of the transaction.

Step 4 - Seller sends copies of files in for due diligence process.

Step 5 - Buyer contacts the seller with due diligence results.

Step 6 -
Seller receives executed loan sale agreement.

Step 7 - Seller ships collateral to Buyers custodian.

Step 8 - Deal is funded and closed.
